Watch your child fall in love with football — while building unshakeable confidence

SUSA is an inclusive, multicultural, English-speaking football community in Vienna, where every session is built around your child's development, not just the scoreboard.

Every parent's concern: is football helping or hurting my child?

You want your child to love football, build confidence, and develop life skills — but sometimes you wonder if their current experience is doing the opposite.

You're not alone with that. Every loving parent wants their child to thrive through sport. There's a place in Vienna where children build confidence, skills and joy at the same time — where your instincts as a parent are supported, not questioned.

“

My child seems stressed after training

You've noticed frustration or withdrawal after sessions, and wonder if the coaching is wearing them down.

“

Am I supporting them the right way?

You worry your encouragement might feel like pressure — turning football into performance instead of joy.

“

Will they love the game for life?

You want them to enjoy football, not feel overwhelmed by it — a love for the game that actually lasts.

“

Are they reaching their full potential?

You want to see real growth — in skill, in confidence, in character — both on and off the field.

Meet SUSA Vienna

SUSA is an inclusive, multicultural, English-speaking international football community based in Vienna, built on a holistic approach to child development, on and off the pitch.

We're not chasing trophies first. Through mental, physical, emotional and cognitive development, we help every child build confidence, skills and joy — supported by science-informed, positive coaching that keeps mistakes part of the learning, not something to fear.

Why SUSA is different — our 4 pillars

Every session is built on the same holistic framework, whichever program your child joins.

Mental

The mind can be trained like a muscle. A positive attitude builds confidence, resilience and motivation, on and off the field.

Physical

Early development of agility, strength, speed and explosiveness, with injury prevention as a constant priority.

Emotional

Positive coaching and a supportive environment build self-esteem and emotional intelligence. Mistakes are part of learning, not something to fear.

Cognitive

Decision-making, problem-solving and game intelligence, developed through engaging training informed by neuroscience.Backed by research into neuroplasticity in young athletes.

Respect, empathy, positive attitude, thankfulness — and more

Learning and teaching important values for life is the most important part of our coaching mission at SUSA. Ask your kids which values they've learned — they're part of the coaching plan. Should there be any case of bullying, racism, homophobia, sectarianism or simple foul language, please let the coaches know immediately — this is not tolerated at SUSA.
